I love that controlling my portions is such a huge benefit for me. By not scarfing down a ton of food, I'm not putting myself into a food coma. Which has led to me having so much more energy, I was able to clean up the house so much! 😊.
And as long as I'm sticking to my plan and not going more than 3 hours in between meals, I am not feeling hungry.
I have been trying to get more steps in, but I'm confident that next week I will be ready to go as far as utilizing my home gym, as it organized again.
I was so productive yesterday and today, tackling things around the house that I've been putting off.
