I'm really impressed with how this program works.  You have weekly coaching, and I love that this plan was designed by physicians. I got an intro promo that if you pay for the first 3 months of coaching for $387, they'll give you another 3 months for free.  So 6 months of counseling for $387. Food is separate, depending on which plan you choose.  I opted for the boost program, where the majority of my meals are shakes and bars, with a sensible dinner.  The cost for their food, the bars and shakes is $213 for 2 weeks worth of food.

I'm so excited to start on this journey.  It's time I take the reigns back to my health. Not going to lie, the plan does sound a bit intimidating.  I'm not used to eating every 3 hours.  And no milk, creamers, pasta, bread... I'm hoping I can do this.  I really like that it's a very structured program, and being able to have weekly meetings with my coach is great, knowing that I'll have someone to help me out when I need it.   This is definitely going to take some getting used to.  But I know that if I put my mind to it, I will succeed. My absolute favorite feature is the body scan

Message from Karen: Hi Karla, It was so nice talking with you today and hearing about your week. YoU are finding some fun new recipes like the cauliflower popcorn and chaffles to keep your food interesting and fun. We talked a litle about Allor-Nothing thinking and how it can cause us to derail unnecessarily. Any setback is common and normal and nobody gets an A+ with weight loss no matter how committed we are. The best recipe is to not get inside your head about it but just make your next decision a good one. Today we talked about Profiling Your Palate and you learned all about the fun food swaps you can do on your plan. Your goals for this week are: 1. Begin following your Reboot Reduce Step 2 Plan tomorrow (replace the snack1 shake with a bar) 2, Remember to stay hydrated with 64+ oz of water daily look forward to seeing you next week Friday February 14th at 4:30 when we will discuss

I love that controlling my portions is such a huge benefit for me.  By not scarfing down a ton of food, I'm not putting myself into a food coma. Which has led to me having so much more energy, I was able to clean up the house so much! 😊.  And as long as I'm sticking to my plan and not going more than 3 hours in between meals, I am not feeling hungry.   I have been trying to get more steps in, but I'm confident that next week I will be ready to go as far as utilizing my home gym, as it organized again.  I was so productive yesterday and today, tackling things around the house that I've been putting off.

Tuesday February 14th, 2023 Week 2

This morning, I weighed 246 lbs, that's 1.5 pounds down from last week.   This last week was kinda tough for me, I was really struggling to stay on schedule with my meals, and I did cheat quite a few times.  I know a lot of it is due to my not having stuck to my organization plan as far as my meals that I had done the week before.  But I'm not unmotivated. I'm determined to see this through  Message from Karen: Hi Karla, was great talking with you today and hearing about your week. You are doing well on your plan and going in the right direction, so give yourself some pats on the back and some love! You have great accountability buddy in your dad with your exercise and got over 10,000 steps in on Sunday- woo hoo! We talked a litle today about the Satiety Scale and staying in a range where we're not starving or stuffed, but always in the middle somewhere. We also talked about planning for offplan eating so you feel less deprived and feel in control so it doesn' feel
