Hi Karla, It was so nice talking with you today and hearing about your week. YoU are finding some fun new recipes like the cauliflower popcorn and chaffles to keep your food interesting and fun. We talked a litle about Allor-Nothing thinking and how it can cause us to derail unnecessarily. Any setback is common and normal and nobody gets an A+ with weight loss no matter how committed we are. The best recipe is to not get inside your head about it but just make your next decision a good one. Today we talked about Profiling Your Palate and you learned all about the fun food swaps you can do on your plan. Your goals for this week are: 1.
