Tuesday January 31st, 2023 Week 1

I'm so excited to start on this journey.  It's time I take the reigns back to my health.

Not going to lie, the plan does sound a bit intimidating.  I'm not used to eating every 3 hours.  And no milk, creamers, pasta, bread... I'm hoping I can do this. 

I really like that it's a very structured program, and being able to have weekly meetings with my coach is great, knowing that I'll have someone to help me out when I need it.  

This is definitely going to take some getting used to.  But I know that if I put my mind to it, I will succeed.
